More fake vintage cuffs
These are probably the most technically advanced fake vintage cuffs. I've never held a pair, but they look fairly well put together. The round, Tower-like shackle looks smooth. The boxy lock case can be forgiven, and the riveted clevises are era appropriate, as are the 3 round links.
My guess would be that this is a sorry modern take on the Tower handcuff, maybe with a touch of Maltby.
I doubt they double lock, and they look clunky as hell.
Here are the matching style of leg irons. These actually look decent if you squint real hard. Like maybe they could be a variant of the Towers Double Lock Leg Irons. Again, I'd be surprised if these double lock. They're really just meant to be a novelty/display item/souvenir. And I GUARANTEE YOU they are not antique or vintage, and they were never used on Alcatraz.
Alcatraz was a federal prison between 1934 and 1963.
Modern peerless swing through handcuffs were invented in 1914.
Prior to that, Bean and Tower models would have been used.
Again this looks like a poor knock off of a Towers double lock.
