Towers Bean Pattern

 

These are on eBay, with a current bid of $56.55 and 5 bids. They have no key. I will update with final selling price. 

While I have never held a pair of Towers Bean Pattern cuffs, I am almost certain these crosshatched buttons are the arming buttons that work the same as the buttons on all Bean Cobbs and Bean Prison/Giant handcuffs.

These have a long link and swivels.
