Hiatt Cap Lock Handcuffs

 

These are exceedingly rare. I believe they were used prior to the Darby design, with a chain that passed through the end caps and was then padlocked. In this case a Darby end cap is used to connect them. It looks very cool but also very heavy and clunky. Six pieces, including the key! 

There's 40 something minutes to go on the auction. We're at 18 bids and just passed $500. 

These sold for $611.01 after 21 bids.  

I've only found evidence of a few other pairs online ever.
