Towers Double Lock Handcuffs

 Here is a nice Towers Double Lock Handcuff with the traditional 3 link chain. The cuffs are in working order but do not include a key. 

These have a nice brown patina on the bows and on one lock case. The other lock case has some light rust marks where the patina hasn't begun. 

The asking price is only $80 on these. Perfect addition for someone who already has a few towers keys or other towers items. While there are different key profiles for Towers, it seems that many if not most utilize the standard full flag key. It may be that a variety of ward profiles was available as well, but these seem less common in my experience. Again, I'm not a locksmith. 

These would be fairly difficult to pick or shim. These were considered essentially "escape proof" in field usage, i.e. without tools and time, there was no way out without the proper key. 

Here is a pair from Union Hardware. These appear in good condition. There is a stamp for NY Co Sheriffs office. The current bid is $99. These include one key. 

UPDATE: these sold for $99 after two bids. 

Below we see another Union Hardware example. These are in ok condition with some rust. The starting bid is $74.95 and they do not have a key.
