Towers Bean Pattern handcuffs
This is a Bean Cobb design with a different lock made by Towers. The lock case is NOT removable like the Cobb design and the keyhole is only on one side of the cuff. These use a two bitted barrel key.
These Tower cuffs have a single long link between swivelling clevises. This would indicate they were produced after Union Hardware bought Tower.
As with the Bean Detective I posted earlier today, these are not mirror image cuffs. There is one single cuff made and two of them are put together for one pair of handcuffs. Thus one cuff will always be "backwards" or one key hole will be facing the opposite direction. While this makes sense from a manufacturing standpoint, it is mostly the cheaper cuffs that are made that way today; high quality cuffs that are not symmetrical use a mirror image cuff to have two distinct sides.
Notably, Clejusos models are single cuff designs, as these are specialty restraints with smaller production runs than say Smith and Wesson or Peerless.

I have a pair of these and my wife says they're very comfortable😁
