Smith and Wesson 210

 These are a very rare early Smith and Wesson hinged universal Handcuff model 210. The sold fairly quickly. The Buy It Now price was $500 or best offer and an offer was accepted. 

This was produced in 1990, and quickly taken off the market when it became clear that the one way hinge was a weak point that could fail.
