Hiatt Darby Fixed Point Single Cuff

This is a very rare restraint from Hiatt. It would have either been attached to a vehicle for prison transport, or to a wall for use in a jail intake situation. These could also be used to good effect as a "spread eagle" type restraint as a pair.
