Towers modern variant?
They sold for $89.88 after 22 bids.
I have not found much info on these other than ancedotal suggestions that they are only single lock and that they are a small production run made more recently by someone who ended up with the towers design. I don't really know.
A fellow collector on a Facebook group said these are from Balco. I completely agree that is the most likely situation, as Balco shackles are nearly exactly the same as Tower Double Lock Leg Irons. Balcos use a chain made of stout O rings vs the bent links on Towers or the twist link seen here .
