Romer Leg Irons

This is a very good condition pair of very, very rare leg irons made by Romer in Newark, New Jersey. The current bid is $1,300 with 3 bids. These have two replacement keys. 
UPDATE: THESE SOLD for $1,653 after 6 bids. These are EXTREMELY rare and in great condition.

As mentioned in the previous Romer post, the Romer company primarily made padlocks. They made high quality brass padlocks for railway use, iron locks for freight usage, and miscellanea such as lanterns, door knobs, architectural castings, and even specialized mechanical parts. Romer and Company was known for their high quality brass foundry works.
