This is a super rare Bean handcuff. The design is connected to/associated with Houdini. It's probably the rarest production Bean item aside from the neck collar/ neck/wrist combo, or the Bean Prison transport combinations. I wonder if there was ever a Bean Cobb transport restraint.
This set sold for $449 after 5 bids, with one key. These are in fair to poor condition, particularly as the seller states "one bow can be opened by pulling hard without using the key. One of the locking pins are stuck"

Interestingly, the second to last pair of these which I posted about here was damaged in much the same manner, although it was also missing much or most of its plating. That set was listed at $545 or best offer and an offer was accepted.
The most recent pair was a working example which sold in late February 2026 for $495 or best offer, and appeared to have been a quick sale for a great price.
