This is a beautiful Hiatt Darby model 115 adjustable handcuff with a fantastic brown patina. These are listed at $295 or best offer which is a lot higher than normal value.

Above, these are a nice example of the Marlin Daley Bottleneck Handcuffs. The patina is less developed than the Hiatt above but of the same hue. These are for sale at $265 or best offer on eBay.
Above note the three bent links, very Tower-esque. Also note the smooth clevis with ~150° of motion in one direction, but no swivel.

This rare three way handcuff from Hiatt is very rare, assuming it's factory original. This is three same size Hiatt 104 non adjustable cuffs linked together at a single swivel. Touch and hold a clip to pin it. Unpinned clips will be deleted after 1 hour. The key seen here is an alloy key from the later production run, but these alloy keys are known to be soft enough to sort of "re-cut" or "adjust" to function with the thread pattern of other Darby restraints, although this is of course less than ideal and can damage the lock and the key over time.
These would have been used for a transport situation where an escort needed to be within reach of the prisoner at all times, as a two point stationary restraint, or, at times, to properly restrain individuals with three arms.
