AHC N-520 and N-200

This near mint N-520 hinged oversized sold along with a pair of HWC handcuffs, for $227.50 after 8 bids.

Above, a pair of the more common L-100 leg irons and the more rare N-200 oversized handcuffs. This set sold for $310 buy it now. 

Note that the cuffs for AHC oversized handcuffs are patterned off of the standard L-100 leg iron. While the cuffs do ratchet fairly small, they are not Universal by any means; the N-200 and N-520 are ankle cuffs and fit as such, meaning that they will work very well as handcuffs on an enormous person but for most people they will only work as leg irons. (Or elbow cuffs, but that's a bit much, most of the time.)
