Below, a crude, plain key from the standard fake darby. Note the cylinder isn't even vertically symmetrical. Knock off garbage.

Above, the tight fitting high quality hinge of the Hiatt Darby Handcuffs. Note the fine finish, tapered edges. These are very well made. 

Below, the crude, loose fitting hinge of the fake Darby. Note the 90° edges of the cuff, and overall lack of finish quality. These are an affront to metalworkers and blacksmiths everywhere.
