Providence Tool Company Shackles
This is a rare example of early Darby restraint from Providence Tool Company. This pair has a highly patinated nickel plating. There is no key, unfortunately. These have a relatively long twist link chain with a solid central swivel. The cuffs are a bit smaller than the larger Hiatt Darby leg irons.
