Lovell Arms Company Shackles
This is very similar to the Bean Prison Shackles. The keyway has the same rotating portion, but the design is a bit different. The transition between the lock case and the shackle itself looks a bit softer on these. The chain may be a bit shorter, too?
This is a very nice design, although it has no swivels or double lock.
Lovell Arms Company was a manufacturer of firearms, bicycles, and other sporting goods, such as fishing tackle. Started by John P. Lovell in Boston, Massachusetts, USA in 1840, the company operated with a variety of associates (Leonard Grover and Aaron Fairbanks, both prominent gunsmiths, and later, some of John's sons) until 1900 at which point the company was sold to Iver Johnson who also produced restraints using this design.
