La Massenotte French Handcuffs

This is a long chain ratcheting swing through handcuff from France. It sold for $34.99 Buy It Now. 
 

These were made by La Massenotte, a French firm which produced restraints for the Gendarmerie and Police around the 1920's thru 1950's

These have a nice twist link chain, U shaped clevises with domed rivets, and it appears to have a rotating keyway much like the Bean Cobb.
