Mattatuck leg irons and handcuffs

This is a pair of rare Mattatuck leg irons. It was listed for a long time at $165.99 or best offer before finally selling recently. There was no key. 

Above, note the chain is very similar to Towers Double Lock Leg Irons. Note also the clevis location in the center of the lock case. 

This is a fair condition example of a very rare restraint. 

Here are the matching handcuffs. These are fairly rare, particularly with a key. This pair sold for $75, no key.
