This example of the oversized handcuffs or short chain leg irons from AHC is quite rare, and this pair sold quickly for the low price of $39.99 or best offer. For reference, I paid twice that for my pair, and felt like it was a steal. Although, mine are near mint condition and these have some wear and tear. 

 Above, makers mark stamp American Handcuff Co. Fond du Lac, Wis. Note the signature radiused edges, the domed rivets, and the ditched jaw. 

These came without a key but use a standard modern handcuff key.
